By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Nature of Services
Ben Pappas / Ferocious Optimist provides leadership coaching, performance guidance, and personal development mentorship. All content, sessions, and communications are for educational and coaching purposes only.
This is NOT a substitute for and does not constitute:
• Licensed therapy or mental health treatment
• Medical or psychiatric advice or diagnosis
• Legal advice or legal representation
• Financial, investment, or tax advice
• Any licensed professional service
You are solely responsible for all personal, professional, financial, and business decisions you make. Nothing communicated in coaching sessions, content, or community channels should be construed as professional licensed advice of any kind.
Membership — Month-to-Month
• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period
• There are no partial refunds for unused time within a paid month
Annual Membership
• You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund
• After 10 calendar days, all payments are non-refundable
• You may cancel future renewal at any time before the renewal date
One-on-One Coaching Packages
• You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund
• After 10 calendar days, payments are non-refundable regardless of whether sessions have begun
• If one or more sessions have occurred within the 10-day window, any refund will be prorated based on unused sessions minus payment processing fees
• Coaching sessions must be scheduled and used within the term of your agreement. Unused sessions do not carry over and are not refundable after the cancellation window
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing, you agree to contact Ben Pappas directly at [EMAIL] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Chargebacks initiated without prior written notice may be disputed and reported.
Assumption of Responsibility
You acknowledge that results from coaching vary by individual, that no specific outcome is guaranteed, and that your results depend entirely on your own effort, decisions, and follow-through.
